President and Founder of C C Electro Sales Inc. Carol has been calling on OEM trade in the Midwest as a Distributor, Sales Manager and as a Manufacturers' Representative. Carol has corporate responsibilities as well as account responsibility in key accounts throughout her organization's geographic area. Carol attended Indiana University studying Business and Corporate Law. Carol requires a practice of teamwork and clear communication throughout her organization. She invests in technologies to ensure this culture of doing business remains vibrant, regardless of economic conditions.

Ellen is a graduate of Purdue University with a Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) and a graduate of Indiana University with a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) specializing in Marketing. She has been active since the beginning of the Company and has taken on management and key account responsibility. Ellen worked 5 years at Naval Avionics Center, Indianapolis, as an Electronics Engineer Co-Op with full project responsibility and received multiple awards for outstanding performance. Ellen punctuates her all star rep skill set as a CPMR graduate with continuing studies on behalf of MRERF and she serves as the Sr. Vice President of Education on the ERA National executive committee(XCOM).

Matt attended Purdue University majoring in Electrical Engineering Technology with additional studies in Purdue University's Krannert School of Business Management. Matt's previous work experience includes electronic component distribution; and in the OEM sector selling building automation technology. His corporate responsibilities include: corporate sales & marketing strategies; management of the Michigan regional offices and development of key accounts throughout our organization. Matt is a CPMR(Certified Professional Manufacturers' Representative); a proud member of the Electronic Representative Association & Electronic Components Industry Association; and he serves as one of four representatives on the Electronics Distribution Show board of directors.

David has a Marketing Degree from John Carroll University (BSBA). David's enthusiasm for sales and his massive sales funnel filling organization skills earn him respect in our fast paced, technical world. David's many contributions to our compounded sales growth are second to none. His corporate responsibilities include focus product business development; sales management for Ohio, Western Pennsylvania, and West Virginia; growing CCE's social media presence; and development of key accounts throughout our corporate region. David is a CPMR graduate; ERA (Electronics Representatives Association) National Delegate for Ohio; and ERA Ohio Chapter Treasurer.

Michael, a graduate of Ferris State University with a BSBA, brings over 30 years of expertise in electronic component field sales. Since joining CC Electro Sales in 2003, he has established lasting relationships within the West Michigan customer base, earning a stellar reputation for his professionalism and dedication. His success has led to an expanded territory, broadening the company's reach and impact, while his innovative marketing strategies and commitment to professional growth have driven success for both the company and its partners.
Recognized for his exceptional performance and leadership, Michael was promoted to Director of Distribution on October 1, 2023. In this role, he leverages his extensive experience and proven sales track record to enhance organizational success and maintain a competitive edge. As a trusted resource for colleagues and Principals, Michael continuously introduces new ideas to foster business growth and strengthen partnerships.

Emily is a graduate of Ohio University with a Bachelor Degree in Accounting. She worked at Ernst and Young as an auditor for three years in Indianapolis before moving to Fort Bragg, North Carolina with her husband. While there, she spent a year working as an accountant at JAGGAER specializing in compensation management. After streamlining CCE's operation management needs, Emily asked for and received outside sales responsibility in our southern region. Emily is a volunteer on ERA's National Conference sub-committe and the ERA "Next Gen" special interest group. Emily's next generation approach to our industry inspires CCE's thought process for years of continued growth and success.

Steve attended Eastern Michigan University majoring in Industrial Distribution. He came to C C Electro after holding sales positions in local and national distributors covering the Michigan market place. His responsibilities at C C Electro include direct customer account management, as well as, area distribution manager for Michigan. Steve's interest in knowing the evolving Michigan customer base and how it relates to the C C Electro Principals' strategy is a major factor in C C Electro's many years of success. Steve's reputation with his customers and Michigan distribution contacts allow C C Electro priority access to a busy and lean market place. He's known as a responsive, detail oriented, efficient supporter of their needs. Steve enjoys music, fly fishing and relaxing in Northern Michigan.

Zach is a 2018 graduate of Central Michigan University with a Bachelor of Applied Arts degree majoring in Communications with a concentration in Industrial Sales. Zach joined CCE with 6 years of professional field sales and team management experience. Zach’s enthusiasm for meeting with customers and developing new business opportunities blends well with the culture at CCE and the expectations of our represented Principals.Beyond his professional life, Zach enjoys staying active through sports. He also has a strong appreciation for live music, the electronic arts and playing the drums.

Rachel attended Indiana University Purdue Uinversity at Indianapolis(IUPUI) as a business major. Rachel has a background in telecommunications, journalism, computers and programs. Rachel sourced, contracted for installation, and maintained computer/internet systems for customers before joining C C Electro Sales in 2001. Rachel's skill set drives results. She is organized, thorough, proficient in Microsoft programs, CRM platforms and key to development of additional features within C C Electro owned software programs. Rachel has been awarded many times over by our Principals that rely on our field inside sales support staff. We've been told by many of our Principals that what we do at C C Electro is different than other reps, they've even told us we should bottle it and sell it. A signifcant ingredient for that bottle is the Inside Sales function that Carol employs at C C Electro and Rachel's input drives that C C Electro resource to high levels of satisfaction. Rachel is married with a daughter, loves visiting Universal Studios in Orlando, and she enjoys reading.

Liz graduated from Purdue University with a double major in Marketing and Management. She worked in distribution sales for Graybar after graduation.Liz's creative talent, interest in what we do and superior listening skills before taking action has been a welcome addition to our growing marketing success. As CCE's marketing manager, Liz has created marketing campaigns, swag and media to support our sales team which has elevated our presence with the customers, global distributors and our Principals. Shortly after starting at CCE, significant ROI attached to Liz's position has been realized via significant annual sales growth tracking.
